You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from BotOrders at any time.
We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we may hold, how to request deletion, and what happens after your request is processed.

You have two options to request account deletion. The chatbot method is fastest — your deletion is scheduled immediately with a 30-day grace period.
The fastest way to request deletion. Your account is marked for deletion immediately, with a 30-day grace period to reactivate if you change your mind.
Message the shop's BotOrders bot and select 👤 My Account from the main menu.
Select the 🗑 Delete Account option from the menu.
Review the information about what will be deleted and confirm. Your account is now scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days.
During this time:
Your account, all saved addresses, and personal data (name, phone, email, delivery addresses) are permanently deleted.
What is retained: Your order history may be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.
If you need additional support or cannot access the chatbot, you can submit a manual deletion request by email.

To help us locate your account, include any relevant details such as your phone number, email address, order number, the shop/business name, and the platform you used (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp).
We may contact you to verify the request. Verified deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. Once verified, we will remove or anonymize applicable personal data unless retention is legally required.
You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been deleted or anonymized. If any data must be retained for legal reasons, we will explain this in the same email.
Shop Owners can remove access or disconnect their BotOrders integrations at any time through the following methods.
If you connected BotOrders through Facebook or Instagram permissions, you may remove app access from your Meta account settings by going to Facebook → Menu → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then removing BotOrders if it appears.
Shop Owners using BotOrders may disconnect the service or connected Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp integrations at any time through their BotOrders admin panel.
Once disconnected, the BotOrders bot will stop responding immediately on all connected platforms (Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp). No further messages will be processed or orders accepted through the bot.
Removing access or disconnecting an integration stops future access where applicable.
To delete all existing data processed through BotOrders, send a deletion request to

In limited cases, we may need to retain certain data despite a deletion request:
When retention is required, we will retain only the minimum necessary data for the required period and delete or anonymize it when retention is no longer needed.
Customers Chatbot deletion: You will receive an in-chat confirmation immediately after your request, showing the exact deletion date. No further action is needed. After the 30-day grace period your account and all saved addresses are permanently deleted.
Both Email request: After processing your request, we will send a confirmation email stating what data has been deleted. If any data must be retained for legal reasons, we will explain this in the same email.
