These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BotOrders platform, operated by Web and Art (Cairo, Egypt). By using BotOrders — whether as a shop owner connecting your business or as a customer placing an order — you agree to these Terms.
Shop Owners sections marked in blue apply specifically to businesses using BotOrders.
Customers sections marked in green apply specifically to end customers placing orders.
Both sections marked in purple apply to everyone.
BotOrders is a social commerce automation platform that allows businesses to receive and manage product orders through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp. BotOrders acts as a technology intermediary — we provide the platform; individual shop owners are responsible for their products, pricing, fulfillment, and customer service.
Shop owners must connect their Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business number to BotOrders. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. By connecting your account, you confirm that your shop represents a registered and operating business.
You agree to use BotOrders only to sell lawful products and services. You must not:
You are solely responsible for your product listings, pricing, availability, quality, and fulfillment. BotOrders is a technology platform and is not a party to the sale between you and your customers.
BotOrders reserves the right to review product listings added to the platform and to reject or remove any product that is deemed inappropriate, illegal, misleading, or in violation of these Terms or Meta's Platform Policies.
You receive customer data (name, mobile, address, location) solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed through your shop. You must not use this data for any other purpose, share it with unauthorized third parties, or retain it beyond what is necessary for order fulfillment and applicable legal obligations (such as tax recordkeeping).
When you place an order through a BotOrders-powered shop, you are entering into a purchase agreement with the shop owner, not with BotOrders. BotOrders facilitates the transaction but is not the seller.
All orders are placed directly on the shop owner's Facebook Page or Instagram account — a page owned and operated by the shop owner. That page and everything communicated through it represents the shop owner, not BotOrders. BotOrders is the technology running in the background; all commitments, representations, and responsibilities arising from the conversation belong solely to the shop owner.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information including your name, mobile number, and delivery address. Inaccurate information may result in failed delivery for which BotOrders and the shop owner bear no responsibility.
You may be asked to share your GPS location to assist with delivery. This is voluntary — you may also enter your address manually. Location data is used solely for delivery purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
BotOrders does not collect, process, or hold any payments. All payments — whether Cash on Delivery (COD) or online — go directly to the shop owner.
Invoices and payment receipts are issued directly by the shop owner. Any billing questions or disputes must be directed to the shop owner, not to BotOrders.
Returns and refunds are entirely at the shop owner's discretion. BotOrders has no involvement — contact the shop owner directly for any disputes or complaints.
BotOrders operates on Meta's platforms under Meta's terms. By using BotOrders through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, you also agree to:
BotOrders primarily supports structured customer interactions related to browsing products, placing orders, order confirmations, and delivery/order status updates through predefined conversational flows and quick replies. BotOrders does not provide unrestricted bulk messaging or unsolicited mass communication tools.
BotOrders does not provide shop owners with the ability to send bulk messages, unsolicited promotional messages, or any mass communication outside of structured order-related conversational flows. All customer interactions are initiated by the customer and handled through predefined flows covering product browsing, order placement, order confirmation, and delivery status updates.
BotOrders may monitor message volume and patterns to detect potential misuse and may suspend Shop Owners whose accounts show signs of violating Meta's policies or these Terms.
The BotOrders platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Web and Art. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Shop owners retain ownership of their product content and branding. By uploading content to BotOrders, you grant us a limited license to display and transmit that content as necessary to operate the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web and Art shall not be liable for:
We may suspend or terminate your access to BotOrders at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or violate Meta's Platform Policies. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting botsupport@webandart.com.
Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify shop owners via email or platform notification. Continued use of BotOrders after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
